For those of you further afield my 6 top tips for healthy weight loss, a healthy joints and great skin are

1. Fast for14 hours overnight, (Men 16 hours works for you)
2. Drop all white flour products, gluten and carbohydrates other than vegetables. Vegetables stay in!
3. Walk fasted in the morning after a large warm water and lemon for 20 minutes minimum.
4. Find 60 minutes a day to exercise (brisk walking counts!) preferably move for a minimum of 5 minutes after each meal to help prevent blood sugar spikes.
5. Try a light supper such as a soup or a dahl in the evening, with lots of vegetables, as it is easy to digest, definitely avoid raw food in the winter evenings.
6. Don’t skip breakfast, instead try juicing organic vegetables  (have 2 juices) which will revitalise you or perhaps a protein smoothie.

Juices are a great way to pack in nutrients and rehydrate. Dehydration is just as likely in winter with heated homes, and being cold outside we tend to drink less water.

For my delicious Green, Orange and Red juice recipes please check my website.  When you get comfortable with juices, you can add chia or flaxseed, some drops of chlorophyll, green powders and/ or watercress to the green juice.

I look forward to seeing you and helping you achieve your health and weight goals.

Much Love
