Serves 1 big glass for a healthy start to your day
1/2 cup berries black berries or frozen wild blueberries for phytonutrients
1Tbsp seeds ( pumpkin sesame sunflower or tahini)
½ banana initially to sweeten can drop
1/12 cup filtered water
1 scoop green powder – chlorella, spirulina, wheat grass
1 scoop organic sunwarrior warrior unflavoured protein
1/2 tbsp organic chia seeds
1 tbsp organic flaxseeds
Ice cubes if not using frozen berries
Handful of watercress
Blend in a nutribullet or blender quickly so as not to heat the food.
The frozen berries will keep it cool to lessen enzyme breakdown and ensure nutrients remain intact.
