Cauliflower Rice Recipe with Ayurvedic Spices

In the past few years, the cauliflower rice recipe has become a fantastic alternative to those who are looking to improve their health and decrease the level of unnecessary carbs they’re having throughout the day.

It takes 5 mins to prep if spice mix pre made and 5 mins to cook and full of Folate (beautiful girls expecting you need this!) Vitamin C ,Vitamin B1, B2, B3 B5 and B6 and Omega 3 in huge amounts.

Cauliflower rice salad

  • Serves: 2 – 3

Ingredients

  • 6 tsp dry fry turmeric
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • 3 tsp coriander seed
  • 6 tsp fennel seed
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method

Grate a whole organic cauliflower and throw into a pan that contains coconut oil and 2 heaped tsp Ayurvedic spice mix that has warmed first. Stir for 5 minutes and serve.
Grind to a powder, cool and seal in a jar for up to 6 months.
