Our modern day diet and lifestyle causes stress and acidity driving gut inflammation and disease.

My Health Story
As a child growing up in Australia, I learned from my parents that the daily intake of nutritious foods and regular exercise would not only keep me vigorous but also happy. Little did I know know then, how grateful I would become for being taught these basic health and wellness practices.
Travelling the world as a young graduate ‘Juicers’ hadn’t quite made their way to Europe and, even though the size and weight cost me a small fortune in excess luggage, I simply couldn’t leave home without mine!
Fast forward ten years and the story began to change. As many mothers will relate, assessing and planning your own nutritional needs and prioritising time to prepare your own ‘tailored’ meals isn’t a priority when juggling the logistical challenges of raising young children and working full-time!
My once very busy Juicer started collecting dust in a corner of the kitchen. Three balanced meals were swapped with the occasional energy bar, and in 2006, my very hectic life took its toll.
I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease which, came both as a shock, and a wake-up call.
There is, to date, still no medical cure for this long-term condition, with only dialysis or kidney transplant as last resorts, should the kidneys stop working altogether. You can imagine visualising those dramatic options as a mother of two young children.
The time had come for me to make change.
This was the start of my holistic journey towards restoring my health. The Juicer took pride of place on my kitchen bench. I reconnected with fresh produce and the mindful and therapeutic process of preparing nutritious food. My body and mind were grateful for my efforts. Over time, I not only recovered but my organs improved to optimal function.
This experience restored my health.
I wanted to share my experience and help others struggling with wellness.
It’s one thing to want to share, it’s quite another to give qualified counselling. I formalised my knowledge and personal experience and trained for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
With 300-certified clinic hours completed at the CNM, I felt confident to professionally guide others on their way to better health and longevity.
During this time, I had the honour of working alongside Dr. Xandria Williams, whose work in the field of alternative cancer treatment and the positive effects of Naturopathic Medicine Treatment is recognised world-wide.
In the clinic I was entrusted with the important role of improving the lives of many cancer patients who were suffering the physical and mentally painful side-effects of chemotherapy, purely with individually-designed dietary and lifestyle programmes.
Healing begins within. It starts within YOU.
This ancient Asian belief is at the heart of our work together. Our key focus is to transform your ‘within’ carefully replacing unhealthy food choices with positive nutritional and behavioural patterning with the aim of creating the right conditions for your physical and your soulful self to thrive.
This is where I come in as I will work side by side with you as we navigate the often confusing and overwhelming process of making real, results driven health and wellness changes.
I adopt a very ‘hands-on’ approach, with therapies based in both conventional and alternative medicine practices. I will be with you every step of the way as we implement a programme designed for your specific health and wellness needs.
I look forward to watching you take responsibility for your health and thrive.
With love,
Bridget Louise
